Forever Young

Does studying and working and living in New York City got you feeling stressed? Do you think that stress is making you look, well... not as good as you could?

Read Jina's article about how to look younger than you actually are.

How To Look Younger Than Your Age
By Chung, Sun Wook (Jina)

Do you need or want to look younger? These days, looking younger has become a hot issue.  Many people try to look younger than their age. I guess the person who looks younger than his or her real age is usually an easygoing type of individual. We often see cases about people who get more benefits and opportunities in society because they look younger than their age.

For example, many voters believed that Barak Obama, who is young looking, would do a better job as president than older John McCaine in the last presidential election.  In addition, a number of celebrities have plastic surgery and use Botox, which makes one seem younger.  According to recent research, interviewees who look younger have more of a chance to get a job because interviewers tend to assume that the interviewees will have more energy to perform better at work.

This is how to look younger than your age:
1. Having a sense of humor makes your wrinkles go away.
2. A smile makes your face younger and more attractive.
3. An optimistic personality and having fun can really help you feel and look younger.
4. Eating a healthy diet and nutritious meals will add to your beauty.
5. Drink plenty of water or liquids to make your skin smooth and healthy.

First and foremost, it is most essential to be happy and enjoy your life everyday. That is one of my friends' favorite motto! So, smile everyday!!
